My journey with the flute began when I crafted my first instrument from a simple plastic pipe, igniting a deep passion for flute-making. Guided by legendary musicians and my teacher, I spent five years researching and creating a set of 12 bamboo flutes, blending art and craftsmanship.
The flute, an ancient instrument tied to Indian culture and Lord Krishna, has evolved from a background role in bhajans and film music to a leading instrument, thanks to pioneers like Shree Pannalal Ghosh, who introduced the Indian base flute. Today, I continue this tradition by crafting and playing flutes, hoping to inspire others to discover the beauty of this divine instrument.
